Welcome to Digitz678, a collaborative effort led by ETS and Pragmatic Solutions to create an online environment for tweens that fosters meaningful improvements in math skill & attitudes.
Digitz678 is conceptualized as a free-to-access destination Web site for 10-13 year olds offering both social networking features, as well as rich and engaging games and activities with a mathematical focus. It will be a location young users visit for fun and friends, where content learning is perceived positively as a layer of engagement, a means by which to build relationships and grow personal status.
Fundamental to the Digitz678 project is the dynamic creation of individualized math learning opportunities that maintain optimum levels of interest and engagement via social networking features.
Digitz Activities will self-adjust to user proficiency & interest, provide fun formative feedback, and keep users engaged in a state of flow.
